Her broad-based experience of over 25 years includes all areas of human resources and leadership development with an emphasis in hospitality, manufacturing and client services work environments including Le Meridien, Ingersoll Rand, Citibank, Aon Hewitt, GAF Materials Corporation and Flowserve.

She has successfully met the challenges of assessing critical business needs and aligning individuals and teams to drive business performance. Her projects with clients such as Deloitte, AutoNation, Dillard’s, Dell, Department of Homeland Security, Motorola, Google Operations Center, Kraft Heinz, Roche Diagnostics, MoneyGram, Kendra Scott, Kraft Heinz, Purple, Group 1 Automotive, Rosewood Hotels, GM Financial, Essilor, PrimeSource Building Products, Tyson Foods, Child Development Schools, etc. are known for high quality output, nimble changes, and speed of delivery.

Clint Kofford

Clint Kofford, Ed.D., is a seasoned talent executive, coach, and author with 20+ years of experience driving change in Fortune 100 companies and private equity-backed firms. As VP of Talent and Learning at Mars, Inc., he redesigned global leadership development and led the cultural integration of Banfield Pet Hospital. At Nike, as Senior Director of Global Talent Management, he enabled the company’s shift to a new operating model. At Johnson & Johnson, Clint served as Global Head of Talent Development/Chief Learning Officer, where he redesigned the executive leadership programs and led a major organizational redesign in J&J’s $12B Immunology business. He has also served as Chief Talent Officer for companies backed by JAB, TPG, and CD&R, guiding growth and turnarounds at firms like Asurion, National Veterinary Associates, and Covetrus.
 
With a doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania and degrees from Vanderbilt and BYU, Clint co-authored Creating Meaningful Change, which helps leaders navigate change with greater impact.

Todd Fryling

Founder

Todd brings over 25 years of leadership and consulting experience in organization design, strategy deployment, talent management and leadership development. Over the course of his career, Todd has consulted to and coached C-suite executives ranging in growth stages from start-ups to Fortune 100 C-level executives in industries including healthcare, technology, and consumer goods and services. Todd specializes in advising senior leaders on ways to scale their leadership impact and future proofing their organizations through organization design, cross-functional ways of working alignment, and  culture transformation.

Prior to founding Fortissimo Advisors, Todd helped build a successful boutique consulting firm from a 3-person all-purpose consultancy to a 25+ person, leading private equity human capital advisory firm. Prior to that role, Todd worked in Talent Management and Organization Effectiveness roles in successful, growth-oriented companies, including privately-held, Mars, Inc., and the private-equity backed technology services company, Asurion. Todd started his career at KPMG while finishing up graduate school, where he helped co-found a digital media business incubator, which specialized in helping entrepreneurs build their business plans and secure Series A & B rounds of venture capital funding.

Todd holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology and an MBA in Strategy from Claremont Graduate University and a BA in Psychology from Bucknell University. As a Nashvillian for the last 19 years, Todd serves on Nashville Public Radio’s Board of Directors and enjoys international travel, cooking, nearly any sport involving a racquet, and of course, most any kind of music.

Amee Olson

Specializing in organization design, operational effectiveness, and leadership, she empowers executives to harness talent, foster engagement, and build resilient, high performing organizations.

With expertise in facilitating strategic dialogue and aligning the organization with business objectives, Amee collaborates with C-suite leaders on initiatives spanning culture transformation, scaling operations, enhancing productivity and process improvement. She identifies organizational strengths and gaps, delivering actionable insights that optimize structures, processes, and capabilities to achieve strategic goals.

Amee’s clients range from global Fortune 500 companies in financial services, pharmaceuticals, industrials, and technology to mid-size enterprises, startups, and nonprofits. Her diverse experience includes guiding teams through complex change initiatives and aligning leadership capabilities with long-term visions.

Before founding her consultancy, Amee held senior HR leadership roles at West Pharmaceutical Services, The Hershey Company, and IBM, where she led global teams and initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness, foster high-performing cultures, and enhance business outcomes.

Amee holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BA in Social Policy from Bucknell University. She is certified in numerous assessment tools, including the Hogan Personality Inventory, Leadership Architect Suite, MBTI, Polarity Thinking, Business Acumen Gauge, and Vertical Development.
